Rates & Insurance
Our services have varying rates depending on the length of sessions, the clinician you work with, and the specific service offered. These details will be discussed during your complimentary consultation call.
Our basic rates for both individual and couples therapy are:
$225.00 per 50 minute session; $315.00 per 80 minute session
The rates for our associate (prelicensed) therapist are:
$165.00 per 50 minute session; $265.00 per 80 minute session
Specialized Services: Rates differ for our Relationship/Marriage Premarital Course, Couples Intensive Therapy Retreats, Art & Science of Love Couples Workshops, and extended-length sessions.
Insurance: While we do not participate in any insurance panels, we can assist you in being reimbursed by your PPO private health insurance. Upon request, your therapist will generate a superbill at the end of each month, which you can forward to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Therapy expenses can often be paid with an HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) card.
Payment: Our practice management platform processes payments from the credit or debit card you provide with your intake documents.
Cancellation Policy: Due to the nature of our practice, we request 72 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid being charged for a missed session.
