Over 150 years of combined experience in private practice therapy
Direct, enthusiastic, skilled, and supportive colleagues
Strong ability to market and acquire private pay clients for clinician associates
A clinical group of nine bright, collaborative and committed couples/family/individual therapists
Who You Might Be:
California licensed therapist (PhD, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
3+ years post-licensure experience
Dynamic, direct, and highly skilled in couples therapy
Motivated to have the best of your own private practice... while we do all of the 'heavy lifting' for you!
Open to a blend of virtual and in-person sessions
Professional in punctuality, appearance, speech, and collaborative approach
Ability to use an online practice management system and manage an online calendar
Passionate about couples therapy

Independent contractor clinicians on our team are available from 10 to 16 hours per week, including optimally, 3-4 hours on a weekend day. Hours and days are flexible. Compensation: $146.25 to $208.00 per session, and a higher hourly fee for offering one of our special programs, ie. the premarital course, Couples Intensive Therapy Retreats, etc.
